What this is: the public Vue.js 3 / Quasar SPA shell for Albania's AI minister.
There is no application backend in this tree. The February bundle contains no
API URLs, no OpenAI/Azure Cognitive endpoints, and no secrets beyond a
telemetry key noted in the OSINT report.
