"Firmantes" = Signatories of the 2016 Peace Agreement

These are former FARC guerrillas who:
- Demobilized under the peace accord
- Surrendered weapons
- Entered reintegration programs
- Live in AETCR camps or reintegrated into society

They are being systematically targeted by:
- FARC dissidents (revenge for "betrayal")
- Drug cartels (competition/territory)
- Criminal groups
- Unknown actors

This data shows:
1. Peace process participants are not safe
2. Colombian government is tracking but not preventing attacks
3. Reintegration camps (AETCR) are known locations = soft targets

Since 2016 peace accord signing:
- 400+ former FARC members killed (various sources)
- Many more threatened/displaced
- Undermines peace process credibility
