SANCTIONED INDIVIDUALS:
1. Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego (President)
2. Veronica del Socorro Alcocer Garcia (Wife)
3. Nicolas Fernando Petro Burgos (Son)
4. Armando Alberto Benedetti Villaneda (Interior Minister)

OFFICIAL JUSTIFICATION (Treasury):
"Since President Gustavo Petro came to power, cocaine
production in Colombia has exploded to the highest rate
in decades, flooding the United States and poisoning
Americans."

ADDITIONAL ACCUSATIONS:
- Allied with Maduro's "narco-terrorist regime"
- Connected to "Cartel de Los Soles" (Venezuela)
- Allowed drug cartels to flourish
- Refused to stop drug trafficking

EFFECTS:
- All US property/assets FROZEN
- Cannot enter United States
- Cut off from US banking system
- US persons cannot transact with him
